Our in-store hours of operation are:  Monday through Friday 10:00 to 4:00, Saturday 10:00 to 3:00.  We are closed Sundays and all major holidays.

You may place your order online in advance of your intended delivery date, all deliveries are hand delivered, not shipped.

All flower orders are delivered within 2 business days, for immediate delivery, e-mail floristonline@aog.lvcoxmail.com  with your online confirmation number and requested early delivery date, or call 877-889-8550 during business hours.

Substitution policy: All flowers shown on our website are subject to availability and floral substitutions are occasionally necessary.

We guarantee our substitutions to fulfill your intent and therefore may vary from the exact photographs as shown.

Substitutions will be made with flowers of equal or higher value.  Our talented designers will maintain the original color selections and overall style.
